Armando Alaniz left the Le Bleu Chateau facility in the 1900 block of Grismer Avenue on the evening of Oct. 20. Alaniz, who is diabetic, has no known family.

"Mr. Alaniz has left the facility twice before, warranting other missing person investigations. In the past, he has been found looking for recyclables in various spots around the city. At this time, no foul play is suspected."

Alaniz is 5 feet 5 inches tall,weighs 120 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing along-sleeve gray shirt and gray sweat pants.

He may be wearing an alarm bracelet from the assisted-living facility.
