She says she's a model at One Model Place. That website has models pay THEM to be featured on their website for "networking" and they cater strongly to nude, lingerie and swimsuit shots. Anybody can sign up to be a model or a photographer there. You don't know if you'll get someone legitimate or a sex offender. Scary.

Ashley Ann Williams hardly had anything posted about her disappearance. Ashley and her family's story didn’t get on the news or any Facebook pages to help bring her home. Most of her friends never knew she went missing a year ago. They still might not even know. Nobody posted her missing person flyers because they never saw one. there is only like 3 or 4 websites with her info on it the info is to basic there is nothing to go off of it and most of the comments i got was (even typing in her name no one found the flyer) They didn't realize they had to put her middle name in the search bar also. There are plenty of roomers that her friends have herd and passed among one another but that is NOT the truth just made up story’s until the police start to actually look and do something or find Ashley. We will never know what happened to Ashley Ann Williams but its not to late to start doing something #helpfindashleyannwilliams they probably just wrote her off as a run away but her family is worried and wondering where she is? wondering why they just had silence for over a year now? Its not like her. Even her closest friends haven't herd a peep from her since 2017

I hope so known Ashley since elementary school. Her family should be able to rest and know facts hopefully they will find her and yes i want to say they did one of her family members told a dear friend of mine and that's when i started looking up her missing person info

It would be helpful if a family member could come here and update on what has been done and perhaps the circumstances prior to her disappearance. Very sad as I have my own 22 year old daughter and would be heartbroken beyond words if she was missing.

How recent or up-to-date are those social media profiles? She mentions a boyfriend she has been "taken" by since 2012. She's only 22, so that would be when she was about 16? Is this a relationship she was still in at the time she went missing or are these old pages she had not updated in a while? Her facebook says occupation is "housewife" and taken since 2012. Did she marry her high school boyfriend? Or was this an inside joke while they were still in school?
She also calls herself a pothead... I know some kids experiment with pot and never do anything harder, but could she have gotten into other drugs or struggled with alcoholism? If it had only been a few months, I would wonder if she could have checked herself into rehab and not told anyone (that happens sometimes in cases of missing 20-somethings). Missing a year and very little info about her being missing, however, is concerning. By now she should have gotten out a program and contacted someone. The modeling link and the idea that she could have met up with someone shady for a "modeling job" that wasn't what she was expecting also has me worried.

Someone who knows her should consider starting a "Ashley is Missing" facebook page for her and try to get her story out more. If she is fine and living her life and just not contacting her family for whatever reason, she might not even be aware that she was reported missing. Someone among her social media friends might know where she is. The best way to spread the word in these cases is social media and next getting someone to speak to the news about the circumstances of her disappearance. I hope your friend will be found safe.

I agree, rehab is probably not likely since it has been so long. I post a lot of missing persons cases here. When I posted Ashley's case I was looking through the recent cases added at the Charley Project website and trying to add cases that didn't have threads yet. CP only adds missing cases after they are a year old and they usually have a Law Enforcement source for their info. For Ashley's case their source is the California Attorney General's office website: Ashley Ann Williams
If you want to make sure she is still officially missing you can contact them and ask.

If you find out that Ashley is simply avoiding her family and she is in a safe situation please contact the police phone number listed at CAG website and let them know what you found. OR you should at least urge Ashley to contact the police and tell them she is fine (if you make contact with her that is). It is not illegal to avoid your family or lose contact with most your friends (but it is concerning and makes people think the person might have been harmed or harmed themselves). If she contacts police to tell them she is safe she can ask them not to reveal her location to her family. Police will simply tell them she was located unharmed and close the missing persons case.

I was her photographer when she went to San Francisco way back in 2016. She got pregnant and had a son shortly after ( not mine ). Last I heard of her was via e-mail, half a year prior to her disappearance. She didn't have consistent text, since she couldn't pay for her phone so she used various text messaging apps. I've tried to contact her, but those numbers have all changed. I lost contact with her dad, K as well, since we only communicated when she flew up here. Other than that, only reason I found out about her disappearance was indeed because I searched "Ashley [Ann] Williams" on Google and found a mugshot, which led to her missing page =\

I was considering doing just that, if I won that 1.6B dollar lottery... Unfortunately other than my shoot with her, my relationship to Ashley was fickle at best, I just want to know Ashley is fine ( and out of all scenarios, checked into rehab would be a great candidate versus other scenarios... )

I understand not everyone has the time to maintain a missing person facebook page. But it doesn't cost anything to share the link to the California Attorney General's office missing report on your social media accounts if you have them. Simply post the link and say you hope she is somewhere safe and ask people to keep an eye out for her. It's up to you, of course. Part of the reason I create threads here is to help get the word out and advocate for the missing.
