In California a terrifying kidnapping attempt was caught on surveillance video. Surveillance shows a woman, holding a baby and a four-year-old girl walking into the cell phone store in Victorville. Seconds later a man grabs the girl, drags her outside, and the mother races out the door.

Thank God for the mother's quick thinking and help from another customer! Just unreal how fast things can happen. So relieved this had a happy ending and the idiot is in jail.

I have noticed that opportunist-predators seem to target women holding babies, when they have older sibs along with them. A few of the cases here involved someone grabbing the older child when the mom was holding an infant. I too hope this guy is locked up for a very long time. He stalked this poor family and brazenly attacked that little girl in broad daylight in front of many witnesses. He is out of control. Meth?
