Bethany Holguin and her partner were on the way to collect their daughter when they were hit by a gray Infiniti that appeared to be racing a red sedan. The 23-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and her partner who was with her was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Surveillance video shows two cars racing down the street at high speed in Willowbrook, Los Angeles and the moment one of them hit Holguin's car.
