Bethany Holguin and her partner were on the way to collect their daughter when they were hit by a gray Infiniti that appeared to be racing a red sedan. The 23-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene and her partner who was with her was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. Surveillance video shows two cars racing down the street at high speed in Willowbrook, Los Angeles and the moment one of them hit Holguin's car. The drivers of the cars involved in the speed racing took off from the scene
