I think building a family tree for her and looking for close family would be the best next step. I would imagine her birth Certificate would be public atp due to her age, shes likely in public census records too.

It doesn't seem like LE is aware of her brother's 1993 obit or her brother's children mentioned in someone's earlier post on here which also mentioned some cousins. Those people may or may not still be living, but may have descendents. I haven't done any further research.

I'm glad she's officially been identified. I'd say her identity was pretty obvious.
