Is it possible he's been living a migrant lifestyle unidentified for all of these years? I just don't know, but IMO he isn't "willingly" missing. Maybe he was experiencing a manic episode when he went missing? I hope his family will get answers.
Most cases of missing people in the city are never reported in the press. Parents say police hardly ever communicate with them about their cases.
