Missing: Oildale man has not been seen for 6 months

OILDALE -

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Galan. Galan was last seen at his home at 316 May Street in Oildale, on December 28, 2013 at about 9:30 p.m. An acquaintance received a message from him the following morning, but he has not been seen or heard from since.
