A 59-year-old Hermosa Beach man who molested boys for more than two decades was sentenced Tuesday to eight years in state prison.
Charles P. Weinberg, who was sentenced by Torrance Superior Court Judge William Hollingsworth, pleaded guilty last month to three felony charges and a misdemeanor count involving four victims.
Some of the victims were from broken homes or had indifferent parents, Wolcott said earlier. Weinberg gave money to some of the parents of his victims to try to help them with their living expenses, the sergeant said. http://www.nbc4.tv/news/6185772/detail.html
