Sending love, light, positive vibes and prayers Chelsea is safe. It's so tough to get people to pay attention when a free spirited young person goes missing.

No doubt transient folks aren't searching threads for missing people, but their families do or come across missing people.

It's usually "family" on the street that notice the person hasn't been around, and report them missing.

Sadly, no. There's times I check, and things remain the same.

From an obituary it looks like she's an only child, and not from a big family. JMO, but sometimes it helps in numbers.

Can only hope she's out there safe.
