Found Safe CA - Cheriya Dizon, 6, & Aaron Safrans, 10, taken by Reychel Dizon, Sacramento, 26 Aug 2019 *at risk

Cheriya Dizon, 6, and Aaron Safrans, 10, went missing Monday. Detectives believe that their mother, Reychel Dizon, took the children from their school in the 9500 block of Fite School Road. Dizon does not have custody of the children and is currently homeless. The children are considered at-risk due to their ages.
