Haven't seen any coverage for this young man and many people are missing him!! NamUS case has been created: #MP87318

Devin was last seen being discharged from USC Medical Center but never returned home. We need to get the word out and help him come home!!!

Black and Missing But Not Forgotten posted on Facebook that an employee at the mall where his keys and ID were found thinks they saw Devin on the morning of 1 Dec 2021 (day after he was released from hospital).

I can't figure out if his car really WAS towed (if so, when/why) or he THOUGHT his car was towed. (if so, what would his next action be)
