Man with disturbing history arrested in Bay Area cold case killing

Herman Lee Hobbs, who is already in prison for rape, was arrested on suspicion of killing Holly Ann Campiglia in the Bay Area in 1980.

I quite suspect that he aslo killed Ms. Tucker in 1994; per the article he was a friend of the family.
