IMO I would say 'yes', it's odd nobody reported missing the 2 children who played with dynamite unless they were already reported as missing IYSWIM.
So, according to the previous post they were discovered in 1921. The female would have been born between 1902 and 1908. any children on this website match this description. Could they have been brother and sister. The forensic photographer had a career between 1921 and 1951. Anyone looked on Newspapers.com for information about the explosion? Historically, the Spanish Flu was until 1919, the parents or guardians could have died. Also, not every child was reported missing at this time frame. Just my 2 cents.

My mistake. I went to a different website and the clothing does not match the 1920's. Anyone a fashion expert or lived through the 1940's and 1950's that could recognize the clothing. Anyway, the births can be also 1932 to 1938. Sorry for my error.
