"The decedent is a currently unidentified Black female, approximately 40-50 years old, of unknown residency. Preliminary investigation indicated that in the late evening hours of 09/22/2023, the decedent was crossing Cuyamaca Street north of Weld Boulevard, outside of a crosswalk. She was struck by a vehicle. The driver stopped and called 911."
