Rebecca's next hearing is in Jan 2026, correct? Does any one have a paid subscription to RC Courts?

Correct - 1/21/26 @ 8:30am pretrial conference.

Thanks Niner.

Wonder if we’ll see a plea bargain before that hearing happens?

I think we will see it at that conference.

with her husband taking responsibility for the murder, I cannot for the life of me figure out why she hasn't accepted a plea already. My bet, she is waiting for a sweetheart deal that basically gives her zero time based on her allegedly being a battered spouse. I don't doubt the Haro relationship has been fraught with domestic abuse. But at the end of the day, this woman picked him, full well knowing he was a child abuser, she then went on to purposefully have children with him. Further, SHE perpetrated the hoax kidnapping, and even once LE knew baby E was dead, she continued with the farce.

She needs to do time.

Jake is still in RC jail according to Vinelink, guess it takes a while to be sent to a CDC reception center?

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said Haro was received from Riverside County on November 20, 2025. He was sentenced to life with the possibility of parole for assault of a child with force likely to produce great bodily injury resulting in death. He was also sentenced to six years for abuse/endangering the health of a child and eight months for possessing/owning a firearm by a felon or addict.

CDCR confirms Haro is housed at the Wasco State Prison – Reception Center (WSP).

Jake is not going to fare well in prison. This case got a lot of attention.

Also she did not protect baby Emmanuel nor seek medical attention for him. She has not told the truth about what happened. She just wants to protect herself. Therefore she's complicit in any neglect or abuse of Emmanuel. IMO.

With the possibility of parole?! NO! NO! NO! He nearly killed one child, admitted to killing the second. How is this even possible?!

I don't think he'll make parole unless he's in isolation. IMO

I wondered about that, will he be housed in a special area?

Do they house all the men who've killed or violently abused children in the same part of the prison for their own safety? I guess as a civilized society we'd have to treat the uncivilized better that they treated innocent children.
Weird paragraph.
