ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, CA — The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department sought the public's help Thursday in finding a 21-year-old missing person who may have been kidnapped and was last seen in Rolling Hills Estates.
Evan Michael Cockerham was last seen on Dec. 6 on the 700 block of Silver Spur Road, LASD said. A ***** created by Cockerham's brother Tristen Nelson said he made his last phone call home from the Malaga Cove Library to say a man looking for a dog carjacked and kidnapped him.
"Evan escaped when he had the chance and went to the nearest place (the library) to make the call," the **** post said. "He has not been seen or heard of since. We incline that while he was on the way to the library, the man was following him."

I don't know about this -- read the article and see what you think. It's a far out story and it brings up a lot of questions, such as, did he call 911 from the library? The LA Sheriff missing announcement doesn't mention a vehicle or a library. In any case, he has been missing for 18 days and he needs to be found.
