Santa Rosa resident Felix Magana, 21, told one of his brothers he was going out for a walk on Monday. He was spotted at the San Rafael Transit Center and hasn't been seen since.
Felix lives in Santa Rosa, doesn't drive or have a bike. He only has a skateboard. His brothers say he's been struggling with mental health issues and they don't suspect foul play in his disappearance.
