I still can't understand why this made the news and why it's being investigated. IMO, it sounds as if it's someone trying to make this out to be a political matter when in fact, it's very obvious this was a miscarriage of a nonviable fetus.

Also, there was a woman who sued a hospital for flushing the remains of her 16 week old fetus that she miscarried. The remains were found in a similar place.
