Due to "Health and Safety" legislation this is happening repeatedly in the UK. Even during our Raol Moat and other "gunman running wild" fiascos, people laid and died while Emergrency Services were forbidden to approach.

I agree that sometimes situations are too dangerous to go in to but some of the above examples are just about following rules. Where did common sense go? :banghead:
