Bakersfield Police Department needs help finding a missing juvenile

The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in locating an at risk missing juvenile.

13-year-old Hector Palacios was last seen on September 13th, 2024, in the 200 block of Clifton Street at approximately 5 p.m.


Palacios is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has black hair and black eyes. Police say he was wearing a black beanie, black sweatshirt and black pants at the time of his disappearance.
