The woman arrested in the crash that killed a Loyola High senior had been charged with DUI in a 2023 crash and was not permitted behind the wheel, records show.

A 33-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and homicide early Sunday in a crash that killed Loyola High School senior Braun Levi was driving on a suspended license from a previous drunk driving arrest, according to public records.
