I was thinking Reina too or some variation. Wonder if "SINEN" could be another name too. Maybe the name of her husband/boyfriend?
I looked up Sinen, and as a given name it's Arabic, meaning "from Mount Sinai" (fem. Sineen). Renia doesn't seem very common in Spanish, but it looks like it's a variant of Renata, a Spanish borrowing from Italian and of course meaning "reborn". So I'd say it's he + she, and her name may have indeed been Renia. MOO
ETA meaning of Renata. Also ignore the table header above this, I can't get rid of it.

Looking up the name/word "Sinén," I found multiple references to a farmhouse and vineyard in Spain, which led me further into references to Catalan, the language of the Catalonian region. Maybe the UID is Spanish/from Spain?

Edited to add: "Renia" is coming up for me as a nickname for Lorena/Lourena, as well as a diminutive for the name Teresa (mainly Greek).

Both Sinen and Renia seem to be (rare) names used in Colombia, not sure how to check their marriage records, but a girl Renia de Londes born Dec 1954 keeps popping up. Whoever they are, I wonder if they crossed together and she got into trouble and drowned, and due to his illegal status, he has never been able to claim her.

There was a John Doe found on the same beach a month apart, but he was younger and probably white. Either way, bump.
