They're not kidding when they said few details are available. The only other thing I could find is her NCMEC poster, which adds that "Irene may go by the alias last name Chavarin."

According to ancestry.com, "Chavarín" may come from "chavar," which in Puerto Rican Spanish means "to bother" (which I should've known since I myself am Puerto Rican lol). The "-ín" suffix makes it sound endearing to me, something like "Fussy Irene", no worse than "Dennis the Menace."
