The decedent and another individual became involved in an argument with other individuals in the group, who fired a gun toward the decedent and other individual and struck them multiple times. The decedent died at the scene and the other individual was transported to a local hospital and was reported to survive. A possible identity is "Carlos Salazar"; however, no other information was known other than the name.
