Description:
Young was last seen returning via taxi to Concord Naval Weapons Station in California on January 26, 1999. He was a U.S. Navy sailor at the time, and was assigned to the USNS Flint. He was last seen in in the early morning hours in the taxi en route to his ship which was located at Pier 4. He has never been heard from again. Young's jacket was later discovered with his cellphone and pocket watch inside, entangled on a pylon of the pier. His whereabouts remain unknown.
