Recovered/Located CA - Jeffrey Eugene Stallings, 55, "Blue Third Eye Tattoo", Lakewood, 20 June 2019

A 55-year-old man diagnosed with mental health problems and diabetes and has a tattoo of a blue eye on his forehead was missing Friday morning after last being seen in Lakewood.

Jeffrey Eugene Stallings was last seen at 1:50 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of East Carson Street, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

Stallings is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 187 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. He was wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, according to Deputy Erin Liu of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
