Thank you for posting a better picture and for correcting the circumstances. (he was with his brother, his son and his nephew). The black and white that is generally attached to his missing file case is so grainy and does not offer a clear picture of him. Jimmy is my former brother-in-law and this case has a few twists that are not generally known. It is a very sad situation all the way around.
