GUILTY CA - Joshua Rivers for molesting 11yo girl, Novato, 2012

Joshua Rivers, 24, of Oakland, CA, got a one year prison sentence for repeatedly molesting a girl from 2007 to 2011. The molestation started when the girl was 11 years old. This sentence does not seem severe enough to me. And I love (NOT) what his lawyer says : "It was a just and fair resolution. He's gone through a period of introspection and reflection." YEAH, right....
