We need your held to find Justin Liu. Justin has been missing since the end of October 2018. His car was found alongside Highway 1, just north of Davenport, on November 19th. Justin was driving a blue Toyota C-HR and was believed to be heading to Seattle from Southern California.

Justin is 28 years old and is described as 6 feet tall weighing 180 pounds.

"The vehicle he was driving was found just north of Davenport about three weeks after he left Southern California. The vehicle was as it was parked so several items and loose belongings were inside including his wallet, cell phones and other personal items," says Sgt. Dee Baldwin with the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office.

SO many missing with this same narrative, traveling, car found with personal possessions left behind. He’s been gone quite some time so too bad we’re just hearing about it. Was he mentally stable? Why was he driving there? Has he been happy and healthy lately? So many questions.

Santa Cruz County SO post response: there are not many things that we are able to do beyond what we have done already. A missing person report has been made. The area has been searched. His vehicle has been recovered. There is nothing to suggest foul play nor has anyone indicated any suspicion of foul play. There does not appear to be anything indicating he did anything to hurt himself. That leaves a possible accident which we can’t investigate because there are no leads or the possibility that he just doesn’t want to be found which happens sometimes.
