Kelly Molloy-McDaniel was arrested on 1/24/2014 (it looks like) for inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. The charges were dropped due to insufficient evidence (injuries were sustained prior to the alleged offense date).

Wouldn’t they be able to trace her through banking transactions? Odd for her to be missing without accessing credit cards or banking. Perhaps she is in a medical facility?

Kelly’s remains were found August 1st and her identity has now been confirmed. COD is currently undetermined.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Human remains discovered last summer in the Panorama Bluffs area have been identified as those of Kelly Rose Molloy, a 53-year-old woman from Tehachapi.

The Kern County coroner confirmed that Molloy was found on the Kern River Parkway Trail on August 1.
