The Turlock Police Department is actively searching for 44-year-old Kelsy Ramos, who was reported missing on Thursday, May 2, 2025, at 3:39 p.m.

Kelsy is described as:
• 5’6”, 180 lbs
• Last seen wearing dark scrubs
• Has a full sleeve of tattoos on her left arm

She was last seen by family at 10:30 a.m. in Newman and was last known to be in Turlock around 10:55 a.m., driving her white 2017 Nissan Versa near Fulkerth Rd. and Countryside Dr.
Her vehicle was later confirmed to be in Fresno on West Shaw Avenue at 3:23 p.m. that same day.

Family pleads for help in finding missing Turlock mom Kelsy Ramos

A concerned family has been sharing a flyer across social media to try find mother of two, Kelsy Ramos.

Ramos' sister, Ryan Brazil, has been trying to spread her photo across social media, hoping to find answers.

"She has not been in contact with any of us for over two days now, so it's just very concerning. And we want to make sure that she's OK and safe, and we want to get her home," Brazil said.

Brazil says her sister is a caretaker and a mother to two children.
