Graciela Maldonado seems a bit far distance-wise but otherwise, the stats seem to match up-note the long hair.

Everything does match up! These are tough, I wish there was some sort of photo to compare. NamUs lists her hair as “shoulder length”, which I take to be fairly short, but in her photos she has very long hair, which is how the UID’s is described. I say it’s worth submitting! IMO. Good find!
