What a shame that he is just now getting a NamUS page. Interesting that there was a traffic accident but there is no photo of him. I wonder if there is a newspaper clipping somewhere that would give more info. I don't have any subscriptions but I will look around and see what I can find. The layers of clothing sort of speaks to being homeless. Kern County, CA is known for agriculture and he could have been brought in to work the fields. Proper paperwork would be tough to obtain.

It’s too bad they don’t say where in Kern County he was hit. Hard to do much research without having an actual location. I don’t think the map that was attached is correct. It’s in the middle of nowhere.
