Two Victims From Linden Well Identified In ‘Speed Freak Killers’ Case

In a 1 p.m. news conference, Sheriff Steve Moore said that the two victims wereJoAnn Hobson, reported missing in September 1985, and Kimberly Billy of Stockton, reported missing in December 1984. Billy was 19 when she disappeared. Hobson was 16.
