Circumstances of Recovery:

The decedent was walking across a street on the morning of 11/15/19 when a white utility truck struck her. The truck fled the scene after stopping briefly to check the damage to their vehicle. The decedent is reported to be a transient who indicated her name was “Mindy”.

Rest in peace, Mindy. I hope her family, if she had lost contact with them, has realized they haven't heard from her this holiday season.
Long shot (because i do think this UID hasn't been reported missing) but Tiamanja Palazzo, last seen in 2010, facially resembles her. Some contrary facts include that Tia has brown eyes, and her right leg tattoo is described as being that of a mermaid (but the barbed wire flower could be a cover-up, it's pretty blurry). Her face has obvious postmortem changes (really graphic photo for NamUs to be honest, you can ever see the autopsy cut theyve made around her face) so I guess I really don't know what she looked like.

I was thinking perhaps Namus MP63545, Debra Puenta, would be a potential match, but according to the reply I received from her missing page on FB, the mole is in the wrong place.

She spoke to her boyfriend on her cellular phone and said she would be home soon. She has never been heard from again.
It's uncharacteristic of Lucas to leave without warning. She left behind four children. Few details are available in her case."

Yeah, I agree the brown eyes, mermaid tattoo, and the height of 5'6" is a little off.

Good catch! I don't think the lack of moles n marks above the eyebrows are necessarily a definite rule-out, since people do tend to pick up more spots and marks as they get older (and her spot on the left almost looks like a wart or pimple which aren't permanent). I'm going to be honest though, I really don't see any moles on this UID's neck like Debrah has; I see a little tiny spot on her neck but it's skin colored so I think it might be a raised wart?

The area above the eyebrows is where I was attempting to show their matching scar.

They are likely large skin tags that are located around the eyes of the UID.
I do see a spot where it is discolored on both necks, but Debra's picture is so small and the UID's is cropped so that much of her neck is not shown.
