I personally think this may be Fairy Elaine Olmstead (MP31262), missing from near Redding (Bella Vista) on September 15, 1992 with her two young sons. It would of been about an hour and a half drive east to Poison Lake. Not much is known about her case but it seems Fairy has a distinctive nose and ears. She is also listed as a dependant adult, she could of very well had poor dental health.
