After reading all the details, I’m surprised he hasn’t been given more attention in some of the cases of unidentified women. It’s scary to think about really, but I think your vision is going to be pretty close to reality. I’m surprised he wasn’t one of those who needed to eventually “clear his conscience” of each of his crimes. But this guy seemed to be a different breed of evil...IMO.
