Woah this really does sound like it could be Monique and the kind of circumstances she may be found in. Here is her namus: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) (they have the same case manager so I'd like to think she is being compared)

Currently the only rule-out listed on NamUs is Elaine Park, missing since January 28, 2017 from Calabasas, California. It doesn't seem Monique has been ruled out.
