He looks very young to me, idk. I think he could potentially be in his 20s.
 
I was looking at Robert Williams II out of Florida in 2019, but I've not entirely convinced about the facial similarities, and his circumstances are vague and don't mention if he's a transient or not.

it's hard to compare people facially with this UID because LE took the photo very close to his face, making his nose/chin/etc look bigger than imo they appear in life.
