Circumstances of Recovery: The decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk in Downtown Los Angeles on the afternoon of 1/7/2014. The decedent was initially identified via fingerprints; however, when family members were located they stated that their relative had died in 1988 and it appears that the decedent stole his identity at that time.

Comments: On 01/07/2014 @ 4pm the decedent was found unresponsive on the sidewalk @ 3rd & Los Angeles St. in Los Angeles. 9-1-1 called and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Was seen alive in the area @ 2pm.

I feel like an age regression drawing would be helpful for this man. The people who could recognize and help identify him most likely knew him sometime before he assumed his new identity in 1988.

He's probably not a high priority though since this appears to have been a natural/accidental death.
