On 9/11/2008, at 0700 [a. m.], these human remains were found in a trash dumpster in the 1300 block of E.15th St. in Los Angeles. They were discovered after firefighters had extinguished the flaming trash dumpster. She had the word "Carlos" tattooed in script-style writing, just below the back of her neck. She also had turquoise color nail polish on her toenails.
