Perhaps Dana Elaine Becker – The Charley Project
Dana Becker matches within an inch on the height estimate and has the right hair colour. She had green versus brown eyes but if the remains were decomp then perhaps the LE records are a guess on eye colour?

Dana was under the weight for this UID but they would only have a rough estimate only given the decomp. Dana had a C-section scar and a scar on one knee (possible the person reporting her missing may not have noticed one on the other knee?). With a history of involvement in drug circles, could she have made her way to CA after her disappearance in July 2000 and become involved in sex work (I may be presumptuous but that's why I assume this UID was in a hotel?)

Theres a lot of missing pieces here. Who was renting the room she was found in? How long was that room rented for? Was there signs of a struggle?

I think that's one possibility. It's also possible she died by non homicidal means, such as a heart attack, suicide, or an overdose but used a fake name when signing in.

Elizabeth left her residence to take a walk in the vicinity of the 3700 block of Kingswood Way, at the base of Mount Elden in Flagstaff, AZ, at approximately 2:00pm and did not return. She could be in California. Light brown shoulder length hair (looks very blondish to me), brown eyes. Surgical scars on both knees. Discoloration on her back. I think she has dangly earrings in this photo, too:

I don't see anything, though, about abdominal scar with Elizabeth.

What Elizabeth was wearing: A blue Patagonia jacket with a fleece liner, blue jeans, and white sneakers. She was carrying a dark blue day pack. She was wearing her engagement and wedding rings and a gold watch.

What Jane Doe was wearing: Black, casual leather shoes; Tan corduroy shirt; Flower-print, multi-colored blouse; Stonewashed blue jeans; Black and white socks. Jewelry: Yellow metal chain necklace with clear red stones; Yellow metal drop-earrings with clear red stones.

Curious about why they think Elizabeth might have gone to California. Three year time differential between her disappearance & discovery of the Jane Doe, but if Elizabeth went to California voluntarily for some reason, then I would think it's quite possible it could be her.
