She sounds like she was depressed and abusing alcohol and/or drugs.

The reason I was thinking of her was one of the new updates on Charley Project, Anna Lee Manning. I very, very much doubt they're the same person, because it sounds pretty clear that her ex-husband murdered her. Also, there is a 14-year lapse between Anna's LKA date and this woman's death. But something in the face made me think of her so I started searching and didn't find much (though that's likely my own fault).

I also couldn't find a Doe Net page, although I'm sure there is one--I just can't for the life of me find it.
