A California dad allegedly tossed his 1-year-old daughter off a “steep cliff” to her death after he stabbed the child’s mom and a bystander who tried to help, relatives and police said.

Palm Desert resident Adam Slater, 49, allegedly pulled the child from the arms of an unidentified Good Samaritan who rushed to their aid after Slater crashed and rolled his vehicle on Highway 74 in the Coachella Valley around 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Oh God, that poor baby! She probably sees her mother get stabbed, gets taken by her father, survives a horrible car crash and then, just as she’s rescued, she sees another person stabbed then gets thrown into a ravine which kills her.
~~~
I’m also not over the fact that he only got 2 years for raping someone with an object.
Don't know IF the hearing happened on 7/31 - but the jail has been updated with a new hearing date. I shall wait on @MsMarple to give me the "name" of the hearing - if it is still a Felony Settlement one. :)
