Bakersfield police say an adult with a mental health condition is missing in east Bakersfield.
Michael Vaughn, 62, was last seen Dec. 23 in the 2600 block of Mount Vernon Avenue, according to the Bakersfield Police Department. Vaughn is considered at-risk and went missing at about 1:30 p.m.

The Bakersfield Police Department asked the public to assist in finding a missing, dependent adult.
Vaughn as 6 feet, 1 inches and 225 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was wearing a white sweater and black sweatpants.
