Circumstances​

Mr. Todorovic was last seen on April 21, 2013, leaving his residence in Dana Point, where he recently rented a room two weeks prior. It was believed that Mr. Todorovic was going to Tijuana, Mexico for dental work and has not been seen or heard from since. Mr. Todorovic’s cell phone had been purportedly roaming in Mexico from April 25, 2013 through May 30, 2013.

The cell phone has since been disconnected for nonpayment. Family members are concerned that Miljko may have met with foul play due to his lack of contact with family and friends
