[h=2]Circumstances of Disappearance[/h] On November 25, 1983, at approximately 2:10 , neighbors hear loud banging and yelling coming from Creech's apartment. Upon looking out the window, they saw two males beating up Creech. They were yelling about drugs and where they were located. After five minutes the yelling and banging stopped and nothing else was heard. Police responded, but nothing was discovered in the apartment.
Creech was a known marijuana user and dealer. Also he was known to have ripped off people for drugs in the past. Creech was also known to stay in constant contact with his sister and two brothers, however, he has not been seen or heard from since that night.

He has been identified using DNA. He was found as a John Doe in 1984. Today he was identified.

The news only came an hour ago. No details on how he died. Body was found back in 1984 in a Riverbank during low tide.

Based on the account on Charley Project it would seem to be a homicide. Surprising this was not solved earlier considering the body was found in the same municipality about 6 months after he disappeared.

I wonder the people who did this are still living. The crime would have likely have b een more solvable had he been identified at the time.
