RIVERSIDE, CA – Recently, the Riverside Police Department's Sexual Assault – Child Abuse Unit (SACA) began investigating allegations of a sexual assault that occurred at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Riverside. An adult female victim reported she had been admitted into the hospital in mid-January 2024 for several days, during which a male nurse sexually assaulted her while being cared for. The nurse was identified as 27-year-old Jacob Daniel Hartman of Corona.

Jacob Daniel Hartman, 27, of Corona was arrested Wednesday and now authorities are searching for additional victims.

Investigators from the Riverside Police Department’s Sexual Assault – Child Abuse Unit believe there may be additional victims who have not come forward yet.
