S.F. man, 80, with dementia is missing. Orlando Fernandez, 80, walked out of Kaiser Hospital at 2425 Geary Blvd. in San Francisco on Dec. 14, 2015. He has dementia and requires regular medication, and the police seek information on his whereabouts. He is roughly five-feet-four-inches and 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair, and is a fan of Pier 39 and the Ingleside district, his home. He wandered out of Kaiser Hospital in San Francisco Monday afternoon.

Aww. I have a soft spot for folks with dementia. hopefully someone will recognize him and contact authorities before something bad happens. Hope he's somewhere inside where its warm - it's been pretty chilly out.

"Police said 80-year-old Orlando Fernandez was last seen at around 3:10 p.m. leaving Kaiser Hospital, located at 2425 Geary Blvd. Fernandez has been known to be in and around Pier 39, and also the Ingleside District, where he lives, police said."

"Police describe Fernandez as Hispanic, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing about 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was wearing a black and white checkered jacket, with black shoes and black pants."

"Police said Fernandez may also be carrying a small, black tote bag."
