What I gleaned from that post is that WW was not the grandmother that reported having seen them in December, and that she has never had foster kids. And that she believes her son.

From that I personally surmise that JWs mom was the one that says she saw them in dec, that she was the one that took in the 4 others for vacation and that she is the one with foster kids that she brought over to the house after the boys went missing.

From that I would also surmise that investigating JWs family at casa loma apartments, specifically her mother might bring to light any inconsistencies or possible knowledge of what happened.

Pure speculation and personal opinion of course!

I agree with everything you stated except - I don't think WW or the extended family believes Trezell's story.

Yes, CPS gets involved if the custodial parent is recieving public assistance or if the children are placed in foster care. If all four children were legally adopted, then they have to pay for all four. If there are two foster children I don't think they would be responsible for paying support for them.

I don't know how it works in California, but in many states if the parents don't work they can be ordered by the courts to find employment. Imo

parents on public assistance in CA do not have CPS involved unless there are allegations of abuse or neglect.

The question was in regard to child support. If the custodial parent applies for public assistance, CPS will file for child support from the non custodial parent. They would rather the parent pay than the government. Imo

Yeah, they would probably be better off just not saying anything rather than trying to defend themselves. She said the extended family hasn't been together for over a year, but she was vague about the details. It still doesn't really tell us the last time they actually saw the boys.

I wonder how much they have spoken to T and JW since the boys disappeared. We don't even know where they are staying. Maybe they are living with JW's mom, since we haven't heard from any of them. Somehow they have managed to avoid the YouTubers or whoever the people are that have been following the extended family around.

IMO this statement is an attempt to get the cooperation narrative out there. I think what actually happened was that the other children were taken by FBI to be interviewed and then placed in the custody of the state.

What was the timeline for Friday the 19th? ie. when and where did the other boys and grandma allegedly see them?
Besides them, who was the last person to see them and when?
Have cadaverine dogs been used in any family residences in Bakersfield?
What are JW and TW doing, are they being cooperative? lie detector?
Was TW ever seen on the neighbors camera gathering and tossing wood?

I think I could make the list grow much longer if I wanted lol

I’d add:
1) BPD has asked for anyone who has had contact with Orrin or Orson in the last year to come forward. Have any new sightings been confirmed and verified? If so where, when and what was the condition of the boys?
2) why haven’t you released recent or age progressed photos? Have you uncovered any photos of O and O from the last six months? Or year?
3) what is the date of the most recent verified surveillance footage of Orrin and Orson that you have uncovered in this investigation? Where was it and what was the boys’ condition?

So ... I was just thinking about Grandma West’s comment about not getting together with family for the last year because of Covid .... hence no recent pics of O and O ... I find this unbelievable because ... what about Skype ... and FaceTime and ... posting pics on Facebook ... and Instagram ... I could believe that grandma has no recent pics due to Covid separation IF there was family tension. I wouldn’t necessarily share pictures with my family if I had a poor relationship. However that isn’t the scenario that’s being portrayed by grandma. Even if the family was separated by reasons other than Covid quarantine, the APs surely would have many many updated photos. Especially at the ages of 3-4, it’s daily newness and cuteness and plenty of opportunities for candids as they play. This whole thing is a horrible mess. Where are the babies?

I recall the Police Chief said the same thing regarding the minor children taken from the home, during his interview - he confirmed this was a decision by CPS, not the police.

I agree, mine is almost 23 years old now so I didn't have a cell phone when she was 3-4 years old but I do remember buying disposable cameras (remember those??) And would have one developed AT LEAST once a month. All kinds of milestones are reached at that age and they grow so so fast. How anyone could NOT take daily pics of their kids as toddlers boggles my mind.
